We are a dual nationality family and understand the cultural differences and hesitations first-time travellers to Sweden may have!

Our Bed and Breakfast at Börstig Prästgård offers facilities for guests in a small family run enterprise. It is ideal for anyone travelling through
central Sweden, or coast to coast and wishes to make an overnight break.
It is also perfect for the first time traveller to Sweden, wanting to explore the countryside, learn about Sweden’s cutural antiquity and discover
somewhere a little away from the normal tourist or holiday destinations. Contrary to some expectations the weather is generally hot and pleasant
in the summer, and even the winter months can be clear and sunny despite the cold. The house retains many features typical of a former
Swedish priests residence, but is also a somewhat shabby-chic family home.
Facilities include 2 twin/double rooms on the ground floor, separate wc, shared bathroom.
There is a large rambling garden with small “park” surrounded by pastural farmland. For the entusiastic, a bicycle is available to borrow,
otherwise we recommend hiring a car for those wanting to explore around and about.
